  • How do I change my password? Sign into Allison E-Learn and click on your name. Enter your new password twice and submit.
  • How do I change my email address? Sign into Allison E-Learn and click on your name. Enter your new email address and submit.
  • Why do I have to reset my password every time I log into Allison E-Learn? You should not have to change your password. If this is happening it is most likely that you are using the wrong username. Your manager should have that information or contact support@allisonelearn.com to confirm your username.
  • Can I change my username? Yes – send your change to support@allisonelearn.com
  • Should I create a new account for if I had previous Allison training? You should contact support@allisonelearn.com and ask them to find your previous training and move it to the new location.
  • How do I know the number of training hours for each training path? Your manager should have this in formation. If not, contact support@allisonelearn.com and request this information. It is in Excel spreadsheet form.
  • I cannot sign into my HUB account. You will need to contact allisonhub@allisontransmission.com.
